welcome Kathryn to the chat. Your sooo welcome! - that's what I'm here for. Your lashes look quite full, considering you've just started. Are you using the Flash?

Hi Tami, I am using Graft a lash glue. Not the glue we trained with, as it was a longer setting one. However I do want to use the flash eventually.. My client wanted a very full set and it took about 3hrs!! The glue that I am using now is a quicker setting one but not as quick as the flash, if I remember rightly the flash sets in 3 seconds, I am a little worried that it will set to quickly for me at this stage. But i am using your B and mink lashes and really liking them. I am very particular in doing lashes and want them to be reallly fantastic. Since finding Lash out my last 3 sets I have done have been done in confidence, I really love Lash Out, as after training I was really left to learn on my own and not being salon placed have found it a bit of a challenge. I am working from home doing my lashes and nails. My clientel is starting to grow now through word of mouth. Thanks to everyone for all the wonderful tips, I have learnt so much more through your site.

PS. Are lashes not meant to be so full Tami? I hope they look alright, my client was really happy with them.

Totally the opposite. The more the lashes, the more the impact = more referals!
I adore the Designer B-Curl lashes as they are what I use on almost everyone. I tend to switch over to the C-Curls if my clients are Asian, Heavy hooded or have saggy/droopy eyelids. Personallly I believe, if you've done more than 10 full-sets, then your ready for the flash. Keep in mind when your using a fast drying glue - the way you place the extension needs to be exact, so make sure that your holding it in your tweezers at the correct angle before dipping it in the glue. Although the Flash dries in 3 seconds, you have limited time to play around with it.
If your ever in Melbourne, your welcome to drop into the office/training centre for a demo and pick up some tips from me. Tami x

It would be great to drop in, I want to get my lashes done also while in Melbourne, there is no one out here to do mine!! We shall have to arrange something. Maybe I can have a go with the Flash. Can I email you at lashout@bigpond.net.au? Kathy x

Here is a new photo to add to what a good quality application should look like...This set took 1 hour to finish. See how the extensions DO NOT touch the skin/eyelid??

Lashful, your work is simply BEAUTIFUL! Clean application, lashes placed in exact place (not touching the eyelid), no clumps of glue, lashes going in the same direction without crossing over eachother and an even coverage across the eyelid. Can't find anything to fault, but I'd love to see this set looking Fuller with more of your good work. Well done! You can come and work for me anyday

;D Thank you Tami!! You just made my day. I'll probably still have this huge smile on my face when I wake up tomorrow. I can't wait to share more of my work. I'll post some rainbow sets soon.

I find it challenging to put lashes on the inner and far outer corners of the eyes. Now I see that you suggest # 8's for them. How do you get in there besides genlty pulling the eyes from the far corners?

try moving the clients head to suit the angle your working on. You might need to place your hand on her face or nose to apply. What ever works best for you.
