those pics look very pretty. I think I like the second pic more than the first. You can see the lashes better - but thats only my humble opinion

I think your right on track for your one year anniversary. Your work looks great However, I would have applied more shorter lashes in the inner corner on the first photo. When I do a full set, I always do the inner and outer corners first, as these are the hardest. Another thing, that developed with time was adjusting the lashes to go in the direction that 'I' want them go. Not the way the natural lashes 'are' going. Sometimes the extension needs to pull away from natural lash 1/2 way down the natural lash, to go in the direction 'you' want - It can look as though you have created a Y lash with the individual lash & natural lash.

Prinses, don't worry about how long it takes you to do a full-set. Right now the application technique is more important. I've alway's said - when it comes to lash extensions, its QUALITY not quantity that counts. There are lashes that stick together occasionally, but going over your work and combing through/seperating any 'stickies' while your working, usually straightens things out. Ensure that your isolation doesn't have any lashes crossing over (or under) the hair your working on. After you've applied the extension, allow it to dry without working too close to the newly grafted lash. This pushes other hairs into the glued extension and causes lashes to stick together. You use a heated eyelash curler, to create more lift after a full-set, but this is temporary. If your wanting to play around with more curl, I would recommend that you try the B-Curl Designer Lashes or C-Curl lashes

ilashes4u- The shape looks very nice and so do the sizes you chose. Like Tami has mentioned I would try and coax some lashes to go in the direction that you prefer- even if the natural lash wants to do something else. If you really cant get it to go how you want, let that lash go and choose another.
One thing I notice is that the adhesive is a bit gloppy. One trick that I have learned is after I attach a lash and if I was a bit heavy handed with my adhesive is that I run my right hand tweezers along the side to remove excess. I then dip my tweezers in a bit of acetone and I continue. When I was trained I used the tip of a microswab (with the swab part cut off) but I out grew that step. Perhaps this is something you can try. You also might be using a bit too much adhesive overall. Play around and see what works for you as far as making it a bit "cleaner". It also looks like some might be stuck together- but perhaps its just the picture. always double check and triple check when your done for stickies. Good luck and happy lashing!!

Hi all, I love the extensions, I done my training on the gold coast and am now working from home, this forum has given me some wonderful tips and because of this my lashes are getting better. Thanks Tami for all the extra info. The pics are of my 12th set done last week, I am hoping that they are looking okay, my client loves them and tells me I will be seeing more of her. However it is nice to have feedback from other technicians. Love all your pics.
