Don't ask me, I'm still trying to work out how to turn my camera on - LOL Tami's a bit of an expert at photos compared to me - she'll know.

Ha... Expert? Me? I don't know about that!
I have a 5 Megapixel camera - nothing expensive. I fiddled around with it and read the instruction manual from cover to cover. I took lots of close up photos on different settings and finally found the setting that best suited my needs. By not using the flash feature on the camera, I get clearer shots - providing the room is well lit. Natural light works best if possible.

Until now, the only coloured lashes we had was in 0.15 thickness. We have just ordered the coloured lashes in 0.20 thickness. Available next week: Pink, Blue, Green, Purple, Red, Brown and Yellow

Thanks girlj!!
I almost always use signature curls otherwise known as b-curls. I only use j curl if the client already has very curly lashes already. And c curl if I need to as well.
I used 8-12 mm lengths in both .15 and .20 thickness in each length. That is what I do for most clients that want some ooomph. Sometimes I go a bit longer than 12mm or adjust the amount of thickness depending on the desire of the client and what they can handle.

Both sets look fantastic and great poses and photos.
The application looks very professional. How do you go about constructing your lashes?

Meant to ask where you source your B curls from. Haven't come across these, am I right in thinking that they are more curly than J curls but not quite so pronounced as C curls?

Thanks for the info, ilashnyc. I love the b-curls but i haven't done a whole set with them yet. I usually mix them in with the J's. But the j-curls only seem to look good from the side or when eyes are opened really wide--or closed. I won't be purchasing any more J's, but I have a lot to use up! Beautiful work!

thanks again girls for the compliments ;D I love b-curls, Tami, I can't wait till you offer them! I would say I use them 90% of the time exclusively. If clients already have alot of lift to their lashes I use j's and you almost get the same effect. It is more rare to find a client with alot of natural lift than it is to have straighter lashes. girlj- def try out the b-curls you will love them! It's always good to have j's on hand you can't only have one type of lash in your bag of tricks. You will find the need for j's, b's, and c's and its always fun to play around with different looks. Eyecatching lashes- I usually set my frame (bones) the lengths I want to use first and then fill in between the lines. For the most part I will use different thickness like .15 and .20 depending on how much volume I wan to give I give more or less of one or the other. I follow a certain pattern (outer to inner corner) and do the same on the other eye and repeat. At the end I just randomly fill in where it needs some more. I always use 4-5 sizes in a set. Sometimes I use a sharper tapering of sizes and often times I just blend in the effect I want to achieve(cat eye, natural etc...) Tami- I can't wait till you come and visit and I would love to lash you LOL that sounds a bit funny.
