hi i dont know if im in the right section but a question to everyone...What is the right way to remove all the lashes with the clue remover step by step? I have done it a few times and it can sting the client and i dont know what to do. Also, when i remove the lashes with the clue remover, i wash them down with water though i find the natural lash is still a bit stiff, so what am i doing wrong? What's the easiest way? I find that some of the natural lashes come off with the fake ones. Thankyou Prinses

1 Prepare your clients eyes by placing protecting the lower bottom lashes with either eye-pads or tape
2 Isolate the extension you wish to remove with the slanted/curved tweezer in your non-dominant hand.
3 Apply a large bead of Lash Out! Lashes ™ Rapid Gel glue remover onto a mini-tip and thickly coat the extension. Take care not to get any of the glue remover onto the skin or in the eye.
4 Allow the gel remover to penetrate for a minute, to break down the adhesive bond.
5 Wedged the extensions between 2 mini-tips (placed above and under). Slide the extension off the natural lash. Note: If the extension is not coming off easily, try more glue remover gel or allow it to penetrate for a longer time.
6 After the extensions are removed, apply the glue remover again to the natural lashes with new mini tips. This will ensure that any left over glue is removed from the natural lashes.
7 Use Makeup remover to remove all traces of the glue remover from the natural lash

I have been using/testing our new Makeup remover (which is not available yet) to remove makeup like mascara and eyeliner.
If they are wearing just foundation and eyeshadow, then I'll just use the makeup remover wipes.
