Hi Ladies - I am new here and hoping to find some advice on the "lash" business. About a year ago I was certified through Novalash. I worked for awhile in a local salon but left to have a baby. Lately I have been considering getting back into lashes again, but when I went to order new supplies through Novalash they declined my access. I tried to re register an account but I get a message saying I need to be approved and then hear nothing. I have sent countless emails to their website and received no response, and getting anyone on the phone has proved impossible. I am furious that I spent over $1000 on their kit & class and never got a chance to make a return. So my question is - do I shell out another grand to get certified with another company so I can work again? Or am I better off buying supplies on line from another company and forgetting about Novalsh altogether? Any advice you ladies can give me would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Hi Luscious, How frustrating for you Novalash are a reputable Company, and I find it suprising that they have not been contactable. I would continue to telephone them in hope that you get through . Now that your Certified and can work anywhere, its just a matter of being able to find supplies. If Novalash are not helpful, you can purchase your products anywhere. There are other Companies like Lash Out that are able to supply you without having to do their training . I hope that your able to resolve this issue, as you paid good money for a kit/training. Hopefully you are still getting a directory listing on their website - as this was paid for? Good luck!

Over $1000 is alot of money to pay for a kit and training. I would be furious that the customer support is not there!

I trained with NovaLash, too, and have found their customer service to be terrific! They always answer the phone whenever I call, and return my calls if I leave a message. You were denied access to the website only because they recently made some changes - it happened to me, too. Try sending an email to this address: kdehart@novalash.com - she should be able to help you. NovaLash is a major player in the industry - I don't think you have to worry about them going AWOL on you!

Thanks - I sent multiple emails and got no response, but I was finally able to get someone on the phone and re register. In the meantime, I discovered there are better products out there than Novalash that I will order instead. Although, I do love their bottom lash pads!
