Coloured lashes

Do many of you use colour? If so:

- What is the most popular colour;
- Do you apply full sets:
- If you combine black and colour, approx how many and where do you apply along the lash line for best effect.

I have used colour and they do look lovely but the effect is never as dramatic as black. I tend to find that most people are on the whole looking for a thick mascara effect.

I like the sound of the thicker colour lashes Tami. Have you tried them yet and do they make more of an impact?

I scatter them into a full set combined with the black lashes. I've never used just the coloured lashes.

This is where YOU get to be creative. You can scatter them throughout a set, you can bundle them up in sections or you add them to the outer corners. How many? That's up to you and how dramatic your client wants to get. There is no right or wrong - just your imagination

I've been playing around with just recently and combining them 0.20 coloured lashes with the black 0.20 lashes. They look beautiful and have more of a punch than the 0.15's. I found that I had to apply heaps of the 0.15's in a full-set to get any effect.

Tami, those coloured Crystals look so beautiful. Can't wait to get my hands on them. Just got to find some clients that want them now.

Hi all! Anybody have any pictures of the colored lashes applied ?

In photos of your work there are some pics of the purple and the pink. I just use them for accent and mixed with the black it looks great.
