Hello everyone, I sure hope someone can help me with this issue. So I've attached pictures of my clients eye, opened & closed. My issue is #1 her skin is so oily & ive tried many different cleansers to prep her & a couple different tapes/gel pads & they ALWAYS lift... 2nd issue, the shape of her eyes are sooo sunken in & I've tried so many different ways to taps/gel pad down her eyes & the outter comers disappear every time... I believe it's mainly because of her eye shape... But also cause she tends to just slam here eyes shut, even though I tell her mot too... I'm really hoping someone can suggest somethings cause I'm at the point where I don't want her to be my client anymore. Attachments:

I totally understand your frustration. These are always the eyes i dread the most. What I find works best for me is to apply a piece of tape to the lid and pull it back toward the eyebrow and secure it down. Of course you are only lifting the lid a minimal amount and be sure to check to make sure no white of the eye is showing because obviously you dont want fumes getting in. After some lashes have been applied i do the tape back technique and that tends to help a ton too. for inner corners and outer corners when i tape back ill lift the lashes back and away from the corner of interest and this forces the hidden lashes to pop out and fan out

I recommend using an L+ lash curl. This is available with Lash Affair at Aesthetics Pro Supplies .This style has a flat base that turns up at the end which will show up against the hooded eyes. When I work on hooded/droopy eyes I will focus the length in the middle so the eye wont appear even more droopy. As far as the oily skin disrupting the taping, using the Crissanthie cleanser can help prep the skin and rid of its oils with out over striping the skin. I also apply the same taping technique mentioned by lashforless secure the bottom edge of the tape onto the lid and pull up and over the brow bone and secure the top edge. I hope this was helpful happy lashing!
