I have been a loyal client since 2009 and am now encountering my 1st problem with ordering from LashOut. Has anyone ever not gotten a response from LashOut after ordering products? I have written numerous emails, regarding a wrong order, asking for help with returning an order and how to re-order the correct products. And I have received no correspondence even after asking for a confirmation if my emails are being received.
This is a very frustrating process and I would not normally be publicly talk about my problems, but i am at a loss ( of money spent on multiple packages of the wrong size lashes, & for what to do next). What should I do?
