Has anyone else had a problem with communicating after receiving a wrong order? I received a wrong order and am trying to return it, but have not received any response to any of my recent emails. I had never had a problem with communicating with Tami or LashOut until now. What do I do now? I have even tried to call the Melbourne office, but the number seems to be wrong (or i am dialing it wrong from the US). I have pkgs of lashes that are the wrong sizes, and are of no use to me. This is very frustrating. Does anyone have any advice for me?

I am having trouble getting in contact with them too! I am still waiting for my certificates since Feb!!!!!

They are an absolute joke! I purchased $90 worth of supplies 12 days ago and still have not received them..which is strange because I only live 40 minutes from their head office in Melbourne - their website states 'next day delivery' what a load of crap!
I have emailed them 5 times, messaged them on Facebook and left messages on their answering machine and still no response - its disgusting!
I have now just lodged a dispute with paypal to have my money returned to me because I cannot stand to lose $90 - I am trying too run a business.
Would not recommend any one purchase through this company
should be ashamed with how they are running things.. i would never do this to paying customers!

I ordered glue 2 weeks ago and have not received it. I have also rung and emailed and had no reply. I have ordered i the past and had no problems but this time I am very frustrated. It is so unprofessional to not return calls

Hey ladies i also ordered some product three months ago and never recieved. Ive tried calling emailing and facebooking. My boss however recieved an email the other day to basically say one of the main ladies has up and left and gone out on her own. Will keep u posted.
