Hi,
gosh i just love this website!
where I am from not too many lashers so its great to ask for advice here.....
I have client and first she lost here lashes after a weekend at spa (sauna, swimming)

Now we redid them plus refills and now she says they are all off again!!
now I started questioning here about what she did at home etc
so I said no oily cremes, mascara blabla and she became really silent so I think she must have done something wrong...
I redid and and I think after 2 min she was grabbing her lashes already and saying they come off already
she should not touch them!!
