Hi Fran, sorry for the delay. I'm in NY at the moment and I temporarily disabled the special from the website, so not to confuse the office/admin staff. I'll have it back on the shopping cart when I get back. xxx

Hi Prinses - welcome! ;D
The best form of advertising IS word of mouth. But if your looking for new ways to get more work, here are a few suggestions:
1. Offer your regular clients a free refill (or half price) with every full-set they refer to you. 2. Leave business cards in Bridal shops and make-up stores like Napolean 3. Talk to make-up artists and introduce yourself. Take some of their business cards and offer to her services to your clients. Ask her to do the same for you. 4. Advertise in local school newsletters, kinda's, creche centres etc.
As for which stock you should retail, I would suggest: Makeup removers, mascara's and extendalife coating
When ever you do a client, get her to rebook her next appointment before she leaves in about 3-4 weeks time. Then re-confirm her appointment a few days before the time. I normally sms my clients to remind them.
Hope this helps. xx
