Hi ladies, I am just new to the forum and also to eyelash extensions. Well I am new to doing the extensions but I have been getting them myself for over a year now. What I wanted to ask was if someone could explain the difference between J, B & C etc and maybe a quick rundown on what you use each for and why. Any info much appreciated. I think I will be reading all the threads on here for a while today

The difference between the lashes is the curl they have. From straightest to curliest the order goes like this: J - Straightest B- Slight curl on end C- Full curl D- Dramaticly curly
D and C curl lashes are great for clients with downward pointing lashes or for clients that wear glasses. Its all personal preference which lash you choose depending on your styling and creative flair.

Thanks for that info Tami. I have been doing so much reading about extensions lately. I have just felt a passion for doing them. It's really exciting. I also just received my first parcel (of many I am sure) from Lash Out. Loved everything. I have 4 full sets to do tomorrow and can't wait to get to the salon

Hi Shehani, welcome The mink lashes come in trays and are stuck down on an adhesive strip, so the lashes are facing the correct direction - which means they are easier to pick up. They can be peeled off the strip one by one OR you can peel back 2 or more at a time to create the desired effect. Once off the strip and in your tweezer, the application is the same as the individual lashes. Hope this helps?
