I've been doing lashes for a number of years...and I still allow 1.5 hours for my full sets. Obviously, I apply alot more lashes because over time I've become faster. If I were you, don't worry about how long it takes. Concentrate on applying the extensions properly without them sticking together. The speed will come and soon enough you'll be able to do 50 on each eye within 1.5 hours.
When it comes to the art of Eyelash Extensions....its about QUALITY not quantity.

ok so we are a little ahead in time now and I can do my standard set (30 per eye) plus prep in about 75 min. it depend from lashes to lashes. some have really easy lashes to weed, other not so. or with refills takes sometimes more time to weed through lashes and with me they stick together sometimes when they come back for a refill.... (they leave perfectly seperated)

Don't be so hard on yourself.....Your doing just fine. My first REALLY full set took 4 hours.
Have you tried drying off the lashes with an electric/battery operated fan before they leave? Sometimes if the glue has not dried off properly, they can still get stuck together (depending on the glue). Or perhaps it is a product (mascara/eyeliner) that is working against you
