Hi everyone. I have been using the same glue for 3 months now with no complaints. However, over the last week or two I have been getting requests from clients to remove the lashes because they are suffering from an itch in their eyes. This seems to have a week or so after the lashes are first applied. I have tried it myself and can report that I do am waking in the morning with itchy red eyes. This only occured on week two. Is it the lashes or the glue? I am upset because the glue is excellent in every other way.

Interestingly you bring up this point. I can assure you that it is not the glue, as we open a new glue from EVERY batch that is ordered and use it on our clients in our salon/training centre. Itchy sensations usually ring alarm bells....Blepharitis. You might want to read the thread on the recent post about this and ensure your clients are washing their eyes.

i hope not! I have recently bought your glue and I really hope it doesn't itch my clients. I haven't yet opened it and am now a bit dubious. Fingers crossed!

Clients personal Hygiene is imperative with eyelash extensions. Our adhesives do not cause itchiness and we have not had any issues.
